Ron was a four-year varsity letterman on the high school men’s swim team and competed at a high level throughout his athletic career. Through his participation in competitive sports, he developed a strong work ethic, perseverance, and a willingness to be coachable. The discipline and life lessons gained from this experience have continued to positively influence him throughout his life.

 David was a five-time varsity letterman in high school for Track & Field and Football, and went on to play football for Adrian College in Adrian, MI. Life lessons developed include discipline, teamwork, communicating with others,  learn how to thrive under pressure, understanding how to (fail, recover, and grow), setting big goals, and chasing them with intention.
